Finally, after sweat and tears, ₦2,000,000 enter his bank account.

Loan.

Not income.
Not sale.
Not business.
His plan:

Go hospital that same week.
Pay bill.
Carry wife and baby go house.

RECEIPTS FROM THE LAW.

Section 76–82, Nigeria Tax Administration Act.

If dem believe say you suppose deduct tax and you no deduct am, penalty na 40 percent of the amount not deducted.

THE MATH.

Government assume say ₦2,000,000 na taxable transaction.
Assumed Withholding Tax: 10 percent.

10 percent of ₦2,000,000 = ₦200,000.

Penalty under Section 105:

40 percent of ₦200,000 = ₦80,000.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.

No court.

No hearing.

No call.

Bank act as collector.

You wake up.

You receive alert, ₦280,000 don vanish.
Hospital still dey hold your wife.
Newborn still dey incubator.

Doctors still dey ask for payment.

You dey explain tax law while your wife dey fight for life.

NOW THE INSULT.

Government fit be wrong.
But money don go.
You must now:

File objection

Hire consultant

Write letters

Wait months

Meanwhile:

Wife dey hospital
Child dey risk
You no get cash again
If you win later, good luck.
If you lose, na your problem.

This law treat poverty like crime.
Emergency like income.
Loan like sale.

Survival like profit.
Government collect first because Tinubu must "win re-election" in 2027.

You suffer first.

Justice come later — maybe.

Anybody wey say this thing no dangerous, make dem read NTAA Sections 72, 76–82, and 105 with clean eye.
