A campaign to save all libraries from closures in respect of the millions of children and human beings who have benefited from their presence in the world.
It’s sad to think that a woman who tweets dangerous advice about child vaccinations has over 900k followers while we have less than 400k.
Please RT and follow us to help put things right.

Who needs #Books?
👇This is a question being seriously considered by our #Bristol#Council as part of its “citizen conversation” on the city’s #Libraries
At the same time, the council is promoting #Literacy
UKIP (ultra brexit) -70% 💀
CON (hard brexit) -25% 🤯
LAB (sneaky brexit) -10% 🤬
LD (Remain) +110% 😆
GRN (Remain) +550% 😆
@bbclaurak analysis: "This could mean people want to just get on with Brexit" 🤪
I’m often asked
“would you rather see public libraries close than run by volunteers?”
My answer is always
“A public library without paid/trained library staff and/or a statutory remit is a closed public library”
And this is the message we need to drive home to Politicians/Cllrs.
Please retweet if you want the pro-EU parties to cooperate in the EU elections. Competition between them would almost certainly significantly reduce the number of seats won by pro-EU candidates. https://t.co/ruTS0Ri70Y

Our friend, colleague and comrade, Frank Doran, would have been 70 today.
Frank was integral to the Labour Movement in Aberdeen, leading the fight to improve workers rights on the oil rigs, in the wake of the Piper Alpha Disaster.
#RealChange🌹
And so it begins... keep an eye out, look high, look low and watch as pockets of the city slowly change with the help of our Nuart Aberdeen artists and be sure to keep an eye out for these little fellows!
