A polling place in Aberdeen is to change for the Aberdeen South UK Parliamentary by-election on Thursday.
The St Francis Church Hall on Deeside Drive in Mannofield (AB15 7PR) will not be a venue.
Instead, voters will use Mannofield Church Hall on Great Western Road (AB10 6UZ).

There are several differences between the forthcoming Aberdeen South UK Parliament by-election & the George St/Harbour Council by-election.
For Aberdeen South:
-photo ID is required;
-the minimum age for voting is 18;
-people handing in postal votes must also fill in a form

The games takes place on Sun 21 June 2026 at Hazlehead Park from 10am.

To receive a free competitors entry pass to the games, you must enter by the Sun 14 June.

Trading Standards officers today warned about potentially dangerous versions of trending squishy toys after counterfeit items were seized.

Thousands of trips have taken place on the new electric bikes in Aberdeen since they started in the city a week ago.
People have taken more than 5,000 rides on the Voi ebikes since 21 May 2026, averaging 7.4 trips per bike per day.
