@sowore is indeed a strong man mentally, physically, psychologically, etc, leaving his comfort zone, his family to fight 4 Nigeria and Nigerians is more dan selfless. May the ancestors keep protecting you and your family. Ase Edumare. I've no right to the music @Johnnydrille
This is too predictable..... @sowore is always ahead of the criminals in Nigeria.... He has arranged himself for arrest for saying the IGP promoted his lover that joned NPF 10 years ago to ACP sporadically against the police rules .
"While we are few here today, we should let Egbetokun and Tinubu, who kept him [Omoyele Sowore] there to know that this might just be the beginning of that revolution we have been calling for."
Rex Elanu, speaking outside the Police Investigation Department in Abuja, says Sowore’s detention is fueled by IGP Egbetokun’s personal vendetta.
I'm omoyele sowore and omoyele sowore is me I'm fully soworize by the ideology of the oppressed man that never and will never bown to any form of intimidations

PROMOTION SCANDAL IN THE NIGERIA POLICE FORCE
Why Illegal IGP Kayode Egbetokun Is Parading Only Two Names in His Press Release - ONE NORTHERNER AND A "SOUTHEASTERN" NAME, BUT THE MAJORITY OF THOSE PROMOTED ARE YOURUBAS
As backlash grows over the controversial and nepotistic promotions within the Nigeria Police Force, the embattled and illegal Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, has resorted to a crude media tactic, WHICH is pretending that a selective public decoration of just two officers, a Northerner and a South-Easterner, will happen tomorrow.
According to his press release, the IGP plans to decorate, amongst others, CSP Shaba Aliyu, Police Officer of the Year 2023, promoted to Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), and SP Sentome Obi, Police Officer of the Year 2024, promoted to Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP)
But here’s the catch, these two officers are merely a cover.
A deeper look into the full promotion list reveals a glaring pattern of ethnic favoritism, with a disproportionately large number of Yoruba officers promoted, particularly in the top ranks.
transparent
The IGP’s press release is not transparency; it's camouflage. This sleight of hand is intended to deflect public scrutiny and disguise a dangerous concentration of power in the hands of cronies and ethnic loyalists.
The truth is that Egbetokun’s special promotion list is lopsided, opaque, and scandalously skewed in favour of Yorubas.
When Muhammadu Buhari was doing the same, we all condemned it. When Goodluck Jonathan was doing the same, we all condemned it. The police force under Egbetokun's watch has become a breeding ground for corruption, favoritism, and ethnic imbalance.
If the IGP truly had nothing to hide, he would have released the complete list of promotions, like the 29,000 officers elevated after the #PoliceProtest. Still, he can't because of exposing his secret upgrades of loyalists like Muyiwa Adejobi @Princemoye1 and sidekicks like Bukola Yemisi Kuti and Yemisi Ademosu.
Muyiwa Adejobi @Princemoye1 can't even release the list; they knew this was a terrible scam.
Muyiwa and Egbetokun only resorted to a new tactic earlier today, claiming that these exposed are targeting women in his office, his mistresses. Still, he forgot to tell Nigerians that there are hundreds of hard-working police women in the Nigeria Police Force @PoliceNG who have remained stuck without promotion, some have spent 20 years, because they won't play ball.

Delta State Take It Back Movement
We Call Out Jerry Ehiwarior and Senator Ned Nwoko for Neglecting the Flooded and Deplorable Alihame Road in Agbor
The Delta State chapter of the Take It Back Movement expresses grave concern and outright disappointment over the complete neglect of the Alihame Road in Agbor, which has now become a death trap due to its worsening condition and heavy flooding.
We are compelled to call out Mr. Jerry Ehiwarior, Chairman of Ika South Local Government Area, and Senator Ned Nwoko, who represents Delta North Senatorial District at the National Assembly, under which Agbor falls.
The Alihame Road is no longer just bad—it is nearly impassable. With every rainfall, the road becomes completely submerged, leaving residents stranded and exposed to danger. Floodwaters have taken over the area, damaging homes, businesses, and farmlands, while also making daily movement a nightmare for commuters, school children, traders, and the elderly.
Despite the clear and urgent threat posed by this situation, both the local government chairman and the senator have remained silent, unmoved, and absent. Their inaction is unacceptable and reflects a gross failure of leadership at both the local and federal levels.
This road is not a luxury, it is a lifeline for the people of Agbor. Its continued abandonment is a direct insult to the dignity, safety, and economic rights of the residents. Communities are suffering. Lives are at risk. The floodwater now tells the story of neglect louder than words ever could.
The Take It Back Movement demands immediate intervention: emergency drainage solutions, road rehabilitation, and long-term infrastructure planning. Our people must no longer be treated as disposable.
We are watching. The people are watching. And history is watching.
Alihame Road must be fixed now. Flood or no flood, our people deserve better.
Signed:
Delta State Take It Back Movement
