Once I got reached it showed ₹823 I paid to not trouble the driver but then he realised I was recording so he didn't end the trip

He started another trip on different app and refused to end my trip so I had to call emergency helpline and they said they can end the trip but I won't get an invoice which is ridiculous. Now I'm trying to talk to customer support for refund but nobody bothers to reply!! #SCAM
