I have paid for 8 months of subscription with the faulty wifi and none of the people have taken care of it.

Even if the product comes with an open box delivery doesn't guarantee the wellness or defect of the product.
I received a damaged product and now I cannot even exchange or return.
I am stuck with it. poor customer service. Can't even call the executive and BOT doesn't respond.

Airtel Thanks App is built in such a way that customers can never reach out to an executive for any complaints.
He himself loses his cool and drops the idea of complaining.
Frustrated wifi service.
8 months wasted.
Do not opt for the service.

You can never complain about airtel via their 198 tollfree number.
They have all AI agents and you end up the call getting frustrated.

Airtel air fiber is the worst wifi to use .
The service is pathetic.
Just interruption and disconnections every single hour.
I have been suffering for the last 5 months yet no resolutions.
Company is just paying salaries to the untrained guys.

I wanted to return 2 stands out of 3 but the issue is they say it is completely returnable but they don't allow you to complete it. Also the customer service doesn't know how to help.
When they sell things are diff. but when you want to return 🙏.

They are not trackable and it's the 29th of June today.
The shipments were out on 21st June.
Your IVR doesn't reach and it gets self-forwarded and the call declines itself.

Order a steam iron and receive the wrong item. I returned it and I am still waiting for my refund.

How long will I have to wait?

Booked a seat for myself but @ the end there was 2 WL,hence not confirmed.
I still boarded the train with that waiting ticket and was shocked to find that there was an empty seat n still my ticket wasn't confirmed for which I paid a sum of Rs.300 additionally, ticket was extra.

At first expired Medicines were sent and in spite of apologising, you delayed the process of refund.
Why would I wait for 9 days for the refund whereas it just takes a few minutes on https://t.co/4ZqC8EYDE0 soon as the product gets picked up, the refund reflects.
