Please address it on priority

@viveksingh2010 Felix Industries is at inflection point due to sector tailwinds and promoter is hungry for growth. Oman venture of Felix is going to contribute significantly to the profitability of the company.
I have given copy of all such communication to Mr. Mohit Salvi , AVP - Global Service Desk however no resolution so far. Disappointed with customer care service of Yes Bank to NRI customers
@YESBANK
I am NRI customer of Yes Bank from last 7 years and shared KYC details to for ReKYC by personally visiting the Yes Bank branch in Sep 22 and submitting online details in May 23. Further, submitted all documents to NRI help desk. Still my ReKYC not done.
Some Key takeaways from last weeks scuttlebutt / plant visits
✅Air conditioners to see muted sales
✅ Agro Chemicals prices have seen sharp correction. Cos carrying high cost inventory would see another muted quarter. Things may normalize from Q2
✅Pockets of MSME defense companies seeing intial signs of meaningful Export enquiries ( May be NATO effect)
✅Feedback from recent Chinese exhibition suggest indian companies placing good orders for machinery (capex) rather than end finished products.
✅Seeing surge in Flight & Hotel fares
(Tourism seeing discretionary spending)
✅ Intial signs of UHNI showing interest in small & micro caps.
✅Looks like in times to come railway will gain market share from truck transporters for inland transportation of goods. Logistics space should see disruption with Clean and Lean supply chain. Ultimate aim is to reduce diesel consumption for transportation.
✅Supply chain partners between Manufacturers & End consumers getting shorter n shorter with utmost focus on localisation of components.
Another experience which i feel is important to share. Its been 3rd time in last 2 months where we rejected the cos just by seeing its ppt as it appeared very basic. But once we visited the plant and met the promoter we were surprised to know the details of the business and novel process of manufacturing they follow.
Without plant visit we could have never unraveled the mystery. So dont shy away from plant visits.
Our learning is never judge a 📘 Book from its Cover. Keep an eagle view on the company and think from the perspective of employees, suppliers, promoter and shareholders. This will help you to take rationale decision.
Sometimes Businesses may be Ordinary but the business man running it can be extra ordinary. Bet is always on the 🏇 Jockey
Listed companies in concall are now reiterating the facts that we witnessed and shared from our ground work in last 1 year. (2 images attached)
Have been quiet vocal on manufacturing theme and also repeating again "One will see unprecedented growth in Small n microcap companies" beyond one could imagine.
Have patience and give entrepreneurs some time to perform⏳
These qualities would be essential for one to create long term wealth✒️
✅PATIENCE
✅CONVICITON
✅DEDICATION
✅PERSEVERANCE
✅HUMBLENESS 🙏🏻

Manufacturing tailwinds are super strong for Indian cos. This is not only limited to European, US & German MNCs. Even Chinese cos are forced to look for Indian allies. Latest case being MG Hector India. MG Hector India recorded best ever monthly sales in March 2023, but they are finding it difficult in getting approvals for fresh investments from its parent due to restrictions following Indo-China tensions, due to which now they are planning to sell majority stake in India business to well established players.
Chinese companies cannot neglect a fast-growing demographic market like India where consumption is a mega trend. This trend will only get further extrapolated as more and more companies from China will make JV with Indian counterparts having infrastructure, and thereby find a way to manufacture their product in India.
This will help in developing a complete ecosystem and value chain in India where many OEM/ancillaries companies will benefit as the Chinese will give their R&D on platter to Indian cos in exchange of which they will take royalty. This is a golden opportunity for Indian companies with good infrastructure to gain the necessary skill set required in making a top quality product and eventually exporting it to the world.

Covered more than 1000 km of Rural Gujarat & Maharashtra during the last 4 days. Visited multiple MSME companies across length & breadth of Western India. I realised the work culture and eco system is changing.
Best thing which i learned from my Guru @GunavanthVaid that dont sit at home and invest, meet promotors , visit manufacturing unit , speak with sector related people then invest , still you can be wrong but learn lesson from your mistakes, investing is not easy .
Good Morning .
Someone asked me yesterday what’s the difference between a operated stock & a value driven stock 🤷🏻♂️
My answer was 🫢
If you own a stock which I don’t, and its run up considerably in short time frame, then its an operated stock for me and value driven for you.
Market is a static place where companies are dynamic. Few succeed, few make it big and many dissapear into oblivion. Objective is to keep learning from each experience.Dont let success go to your head, neither let failure go to your heart. Be humble and keep working hard
Today all our stocks are flying✈️ but remember you are a hero untill the next movie is released. Every friday decides your box office power...Lets go back to basics and work hard for the next friday release and not to get carried away with our past laurels..Next 5 years Apna heh
