@Swiggy I m highly disappointed about the fact that one person has to wait for 1:30 hours for eating/ordering from Swiggy. And on top of that I m not getting my refund for Swiggy’s delay, I mean what’s going on.

@Enterprise It’s been over 2 months since my £286 refund (booking ref 1585311609, dated 17 Aug 2025) is still pending — despite multiple follow-ups.

This delay is unacceptable under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please resolve this immediately.

Part1 : Funny thing happened, I tried washing my shoe and the glue has come off my fairly new @PayntrCricket and I won’t be able to use it anymore. I just wanted it to be cleaned but it costed me the shoe. Now I have to wear my old boots @ASICSUK.
