I am writing to request an immediate correction and update of the credit information reported for my loan account.

I have already paid the entire outstanding amount in full, including all applicable dues, and the loan account has been closed. However, my credit report is still showing the status as “Post Write-Off – Closed”, which is negatively affecting my credit profile and creating difficulties in obtaining new business finance.

Since the complete outstanding amount has been paid, I kindly request you to:

1. Update the loan account status with all Credit Information Companies/Bureaus as “Closed”.
2. Remove/correct the “Post Write-Off” remark, if it is being reported incorrectly after full repayment.
3. Ensure that the payment history and account information reported to CIBIL and other credit bureaus accurately reflect the full repayment and closure of the loan.
4. Provide me with written confirmation once the correction has been submitted to the concerned credit bureaus.

I am a business owner and maintaining an accurate credit profile is very important for obtaining future business funding. I therefore request you to process this correction at the earliest.

Please find attached the relevant payment/loan closure documents for your reference.

I would appreciate your prompt assistance and written confirmation of the updated reporting.
