@IndianTechGuide While the new UI sounds nice, the real test is backend strength. With millions hitting IRCTC at once, servers must handle massive load without crashing. Focus on true scalability, not just visuals. Hope the revamp delivers that.
Today I called the 139 helpline multiple times, but they said they only have status for the next day and couldn't provide any clarity on the diversion or alternate stoppage for Train 22345 on 7th May.

My parents have confirmed ticket on Train 22345 Vande Bharat (PNR: 6402034249) from Buxar to Ayodhya Dham Jn on 7th May. Today I received a message that the train is diverted via ZBD-SLN-AYC & will NOT stop at Ayodhya Dham Jn.
Requesting immediate clarification on:
1. Exact alternate station for Ayodhya passengers on 7th May
2. How to cancel the return ticket without paying charges since it’s due to railway’s diversion.

Dear Jio Team,
As a customer, I have two Important Suggestions:
- Most Indians have Wifi access. Senior Citizens use Wifi mostly. Please provide an affordable 1 GB per day plan with options to choose (28 days onwards). Also a yearly plan.
- Provide affordable Voice only plans for less than ₹100 every month. Anything above this is forcing people to take data, even if they don't need it.
There are many who use only voice and also less than 1 GB per day. Need inclusive plans. Let users decide.

Booking opens today, yet only 43 seats available on a long-route train (BBS–DDU). This doesn’t add up. Where did the seats go? Any backend manipulation or agent quota misuse? Railways owe passengers transparency.

@IRCTCofficial Ok agreed but why to give a TQWL ticket if you already have a regular waiting list, and then cancel that TQWL tickets, don't you think this is a loop hole for loot?
@RailwaySeva@AshwiniVaishnaw Booked a Tatkal ticket (BBS–DDU), got TQWL-3 and paid extra Tatkal charges. It got auto-cancelled due to non-confirmation, yet cancellation charges were deducted. If no seat is available, why issue TQ WL at all just to take money? Please look into it
