I also dropped email to zomato help but no reply. After listing I can not stop or run offer on my own. I can not restrict bookings. This is dictatorship in restaurant and service industry.

Why shouldn't you list your restaurant on Zomato dine in?

- I recently listed my restaurant on Zomato dine in. I had a very bad experience.
- I had only one contact person from zomato dine in and it's a growth manager. I had very bad experiences with him.

He is not removing my restaurant from the platform. I tried to reach out to Zomato for help. I couldn't find any helpline number or any other contact person.

He has all controls on platform. He runs offers on his own. I asked him to stop offers but he kept on running offers for more than a month. Still the offer is running. He doesn't pick up the calls. I am also facing issues on payout. I didn't get any payout yet.

A theft incident went down in Palanpur last night and my neighbor's bike got swiped. I've got the video right here - check it out. The thief wasn't even trying to hide, no mask or anything. They just rolled up at 2 AM and made off with the bike in under a minute.
