@smasithick Back then Hutch Postpaid used to be the segment leader with the most premium services along with Relationship Manager facility as well.
Although never used BPL in Kolkata circle;Max Touch eventually merged into Hutchinson Essar>Vodafone Essar>Vi
Old 9 number series are damn good!
The journey so far...🫣✌️
Hutch>Vodafone>Vi

@Sillycorns "Hutch to Vodafone" journey was the golden era for Vodafone India.
Before Hutch,it was Hutchinson Max/Max Touch Telecom in Kolkata & other circles and Orange in Mumbai circle.
The hutch ads were truly iconic...I have multiple mobile number series that belongs to the Hutch era.
Unpopular Opinion! ⚠️
Vodafone didn’t just change its logo. It gave us some of the most iconic ads in Indian telecom.
The Hutch wala dog. The Zoozoos. And now SRK
Which era was PEAK Vodafone for you? 👇🏻
@Nitesh805181 Nothing like that...Knew some of them personally;most of them use either Airtel,Vodafone or Jio postpaid sim cards.Some of them have ultra luxurious"Platinum Plus" Fancy/VIP numbers
@OneCardHelp@GetOneCardIN

Ask your relevant team to coordinate and resolve the matter accordingly on priority!!!
@DealsDhamaka Neither of them provide Unlimited International Roaming Packs;Vodafone does!
VI & Airtel both are damn good and superior also for international roaming;Jio lacks in that department.
Jio and Airtel is going to increase mobile recharge plans 12% to 15% more in upcoming days 🚨
back then we had alternatives like docomo, aircel, uninor (telenor), tata indicom, idea, hutch etc
but now, only three major telecom operators ruling everywhere.
“peak monopoly”
Telecom News July 2026:
• Telecom operators must store call and SMS related data within India, strengthening data security.
• Reliance Jio ranked first in overall mobile data speed and voice quality in Mumbai.
• Vodafone Idea dropped the plan of renewing spectrum in 6 circles on 5th December 2026.
• India aims to become a global leader in 6G by 2030.
• India tops the world’s fastest 5G rollout stats.
• Airtel has added more subscribers than Jio
The stability of 5G networks has been going downhill for a long time. Frequent call drops, inconsistent speeds, and patchy coverage are still common in many areas.
Not sure how we’re going to become a global leader in 6G when the 5G experience itself still needs a lot of work.
@OneCardHelp@GetOneCardIN
I have shared some information in DM.
Kindly check the same and fix that accordingly;otherwise this matter of misconduct and malpractices will be escalated to RBI and Court!
@Harshinfocus@TechDekhoji@airtelindia Yes...That's true;still people get hundreds of call each day for loan,cards etc.
Private Banks as well as Govt. Banks sell out our data to 3rd party companies...Technically,banks are the main spammers!😅
