As Indore is our home city , my Father had meet them and thought person with family will not trouble and gave flat... Will involve broker next time. Thanks for suggestion...

@NehaJolly10 Yes not all tenants are same... But unless bad experience happens all looks good.... Anyways trying legal way as well but law proceedings take time in India and laws are not very owner friendly. Thanks for response 🙂

NRI properties in India are not always safe. Tenants may not pay rent, and it can be difficult to get government support. This is because some tenants take advantage of NRIs and lack of government support.
