@SamsungIndia I opened ticket for fixing my AC 6 weeks ago, after talking to 100 of people over phone got quote and paid and now ticket is cancelled by service center. How come ticket is closed after advance payment for parts?

@SamsungIndia ticket was closed without any resolution or confirmation. Technician visited charged me for visit and suggested part change and since then no communication. Neither technician nor service agency taking calls. REOPEN TICKET

@livpurero why you associate one phone number to one address? I have RO in two cities and can't open service request for specific city and when it gets open for wrong city and service center closes it and I can't do anything.

Dear @amazonIN I ordered @SamsungIndia LED TV and Old used piece was delivered, no replacement is available and to initiate refund earliest pickup is available is 04-Nov. So refund will initiate on 06-Nov. Why pickup can't be done before? Who will pay interest for 2 weeks?
