Very disappointed with @TurkishAirlines. Flying Business Class from BOM to IST with a connection to Miami. Requested a seat upgrade while seats were available, but staff kept delaying instead of helping. By the time, the seats were sold out. So bad service and poor customer care.

Later I got an update that one luggage was still at paris and the other one was still in Bombay and soo irresponsible and after 16 days I got my luggage back and in the meanwhile Im a seafarer and I had all my stuff inside like uniform,basic needs,clothes @airfrance @AirFranceFR

I was traveling from Chennai to Los Angeles and when i reached los Angeles I came to know that my both the luggage was missing and i immediately went to file PIR to the airport authority and ground staff helped me to file it. @airfrance @AirFranceFR

@TPCGlobeCares my office gave me a deadline on 15th March 2022 so i immediately rushed to a nearby TPC office to send the letter to my office on 14th March 2022 itself and I was promised by them that it will get delivered before 1.00 pm on 15th March 2022.
