Dear @Citroen @CitroenIndia , 3 years and 10,000kms into my C3 ownership, your dealership is recommending a BCCM replacement. Is this acceptable ? Is the reliability of such a fundamental ECU not in your key focus ? Can you please look into this and do something about it.

@bigbasket_com sending expired products is not in line with the business you are in. Fooling gullible customers who are in a rush is probably an easy target to skip quality checks. Expired on 1st. Received on 3rd.

Horrible software on the Nexon EV. The carplay breaks every 10 seconds with the R16.45 update. @HarmanIndia this is really concerning. Please elevate the quality and release a more stable software. @nexonev

@Tataev My 7 year old Hyundai infotainment does a far better job even today. It has never caused a single detection error or crash. Well done @HyundaiIndia.

@Tataev my troubles with the lousy @HarmanIndia software continues. Using sw version R16.45 and iphone detection is totally unreliable. Carplay fails to detect iphone 6 out of 10 times on my nexon prime. (Using iphone14 plus with latest ios)

@oyorooms disappoints each time i try to give it a another chance. I was denied checkin at the hotel and charged 3x of mentioned tariff for booking.

Dear @TataMotors , sent my Punch for servicing. The car came back in worse condition. KB Motors, Kolkata did such a pathetic job. When will you fix these dealership negligences ? The car is dirty and the servicing not done well at all. @tata_cars.

Dear @CitroenIndia @Citroen The only thing coming in the way for my love for my C3 is the extremely poor build quality of the vehicle. 1 year and 4000 kms later, every panel including the underlying engine plate is vibrating. This is not expected from you. Please rectify.
