India has the among the lowest data prices in the world. It is so good that I don't even bother to connect to local Wifi when I travel in India and just tether my phone to work on my computer. Indians routinely have dual SIM phones with large data plans because they are so affordable. Ambani's launch of Jio is directly responsible for the low data prices Indians enjoy.

India has among the lowest drug prices in the world (and going lower still). People who visit India buy medicines to take home quite regularly now.

India has among the lowest cost payment systems in the world in UPI.

On the other hand, Tesla is protected from Chinese competition in the US market, keeping EV prices higher in America than elsewhere.

Prime Minister Modi has worked hard to create a competitive economy where the benefits flow to the average Indian. His government does not tolerate monopolies. He has also actively promoted and encouraged a massive surge in startups and that is the best signal of a highly competitive economy.

Directly due to Modi government policy, Indian startups are making major advances in low cost rockets and that poses a threat to SpaceX the same say the Chinese EVs threaten Tesla.

इस से पहले कि कांग्रेसी 2010 के 38 गोल्ड को लेके कूदने लगें और 2026 के प्रदर्शन को कमतर बतायें ये जानना जरूरी है कि 2010 में भारत के 38 स्वर्ण पदकों में से 31 ऐसे खेलों से आए थे, जो 2026 कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स में हैं ही नहीं।

2010 के खेल जो 2026 में शामिल नहीं हैं:
• शूटिंग – 14 स्वर्ण
• कुश्ती – 10 स्वर्ण
• तीरंदाजी – 3 स्वर्ण
• बैडमिंटन – 2 स्वर्ण
• टेबल टेनिस – 1 स्वर्ण
• टेनिस – 1 स्वर्ण

यानी 2010 के 38 में से केवल 7 स्वर्ण ऐसे खेलों से थे जो 2026 के कार्यक्रम में अब भी मौजूद हैं (मुख्यतः बॉक्सिंग, एथलेटिक्स और वेटलिफ्टिंग)।

इसलिए अगर कोई यह कहे कि मोदी सरकार में भारत 2010 वाले 38 गोल्ड क्यों नहीं ला पाया तो पहले उसे यह भी बताना चाहिए कि भारत के सबसे मज़बूत पदक दिलाने वाले अधिकांश खेल ही इस बार कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स से बाहर कर दिए गए हैं...बाकी अपने चीते छा गए हैं 🔥
