Only a fool will compare both and expect same service.
I have 50k zero balance accounts in my branch.all want same treatment as a premium customer. Whereas private bank will not entertain such people

@sasibhupati @shivampanwar422 That is not employees responsibility. It is government responsibility as they don't issue vacancies. Branches are heavily understaffed.If customer want instant services they should not go to public sector banks as they are heavily understaffed
