Totally agree with this 2024 marketing prediction.
Influencer marketing as we know it will start to fade as consumer trust of sponsored content declines.
Influencers will instead be used to generate curiosity and passive awareness. (Think telling a dating story while putting on Charlotte Tilbury)
I don’t believe HR is real because my old boss who sucked started a meeting one time with “wow Tinas had 3 cupcakes already” so I said “u can’t give me an eating disorder I’m not ur daughter” and HR talked to ME!!
I’m 25, I own a business and…
💸 I don’t care about making lots of money
🤷🏻♀️ I don’t *hustle* or stay up late regularly working on projects
💤 I don’t wake up at 5am, I love my sleep too much
And that’s fine because all of these decisions align with my core values.
You won’t ever catch me tweeting about how much I’m doing, or how much I’m earning because it doesn’t matter.
But you WILL see me talk about what I’m contributing to the world, and *that* is what matters to me.
You need to be your own definition of successful, not the “success” you see on social media.
People confuse empathy for codependency. Empathy means we understand a person's feelings and can put ourselves in their shoes.
Codependency is chronic neglect of ourselves.
Here's the differences:
be the change you want to see.
This doesn’t mean you have to start volunteering. it means treat others how you’d want to be treated. Give others the grace you want. Love others the way you’d want to be loved.
Energy is like a boomerang; you will receive all that you give
if i owned my own company i would be simply embarrassed if I had cubicles and artificial lighting.
You had the opportunity to create whatever you wanted and you chose to do what everyone else has been doing ? idk seems kinda lame
“oh so you want -your- tax dollars to pay for free school lunches?” literally yes. please take whatever is necessary to keep kids from going hungry. how the fuck is this controversial.
