This is Short's younger brother. With deep sorrow I'm, here to announce that Short passed on yesterday.
She would tell me of her journeys and accomplishments here with you all, and how openly she felt she could express herself. She loved helping any and all that were seeking 1/2
accessibility guidance for a better experience. Thank you to everyone who helped her have a more fulfilling life. You're all amazing individuals. Please care and love yourself as much as she loved you. 2/2

@OneSwitch@Black1976@discord It was using the Samsung tablet default software. Sometimes when they run an update it just stops working until the next update. This time was the first time that it was skipping past the send button however. It seems to be fixed again now, I am assuming the latest update fixed
@discord I got on the tablet today to check and see if it was working and it is working perfect. I don't know what this latest update change, but thank you!
I refuse to say here is to 10 more years because in all honesty I hope games are accessible for everyone by then. Here is too games becoming so accessible that I have to write about something completely boring! I love you all. Happy 10th anniversary ability powered!
10 years ago this week I started a website about game accessibility. Since then I have written for PC Gamer, became an Ubisoft partner, been in the warcraft documentary, been part of two different Microsoft adaptive technology launches, and been on so many projects.
Thank you for all the encouragement and all of the comments and messages from people who found us helpful. Thank you to World of Warcraft for giving me a world to completely fall in love with and went to make sure everyone else had the opportunity to love it as much as I did!
@Black1976 I survived the Great collapsed lung of 2023! I will say they are no joke and small town American hospitals have absolutely no idea how to deal with SMA. I got transferred to three different hospitals and fired a doctor before I finally got someone that knew what they were doing!
After 11 days in the hospital, I came home last weekend. I still have a lot of recovery to do but I am glad to be home. I lost most of the feeling in one hand for what we are hoping is only temporarily. Thanks to everyone who checked in!
Working the quote "if you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball" into an upcoming article may be the peak of my career. Heart me if you know where it is from. #peaking
