@KFC_India Yesterday night at 10:30 I have driven to your restaurant to check the status of my order and it’s been updated that your rider absconded with my order 🤣… What a delivery experience that can be expected from a multinational food chain company.

@KFC_India Your store number was not working and your customer service number was also not working. The order I have placed for the home delivery I ended up collecting it by travelling to the store after 2hr 30 minutes.
This is 2nd time I am experiencing the same issue.

@KFC_India what’s wrong with your online ordering system. Placed an order through your app today at 7:27 PM and it supposed to be delivered me at 08:12 PM . Still I haven’t received my order and not able to reach to the delivery partner or the restaurant. So pathetic.

What a pathetic food supply by @KFC_India Look at how your restaurant parcelled a chicken popcorn Biriyani through @Swiggy yesterday night. When escalated through @Swiggy support they are asking me to rate @KFC_India for providing inadequate quantity. I paid 230/- for this 🙄

@DairyMilkIn @CadburyUK Can someone explain me the costing on this 5Star pack. I am confused 🧐. The pack contains 20 chocolates of Rs.5/- and total worth of chocolate inside the pack is Rs.100/-. But the MRP of this pack is Rs. 149/-.Is the Rs49/- charged extra for the package?
