@asda the absolute WORST customer service. Shopping delivered. Not to my address. Not my fault. And won’t make an exception to get me an earlier delivery tomorrow. #nothelpful
The terrible service from @santanderuk continues…9!! New sets of login details were sent. All were letter 2 of 2. No call back from the complaints team either. So I’ve had to reset AGAIN and now for another “4-6 working day” (the last one was 10 working days). Absolute joke.
Thanks to @AskNationwide for great service today. 100 times better than @santanderuk still no call back from complaints. Still no internet log on details. #EpicFail
@FitbitSupport horrendous service. You have closed my support case and I still haven't received my new tracker. 5 days max for delivery is now 7? I still don't have my replacement!??
@asda what terrible service on my home delivery for Christmas. Not only did some of my delivery not arrive you've rejected my request for a refund!! Where's the customer service from a company that have more than likely earned thousands in profits during this pandemic!!

@FitbitUK I’ve sent in a complaint under reference #28761165 - I’ve already had one replacement Versa and now it’s broken again. Two in less than a year 😡 @FitbitSupport
