Hollywood - when you hire disabled people on to your projects, don’t assume you know what their capabilities are. Disabled people know themselves best. If they have a solution that works for them, implement those solutions. Who knows - you may even learn something new.

It’s a win for accessibility tonight. Not only was the #Emmys2022 ceremony equipped with two ramps, they were also beautifully integrated into the design of the stage.
