Fun fact, saat Piala Dunia Qatar 2022 lalu, byk aktivis yang memprotes soal emisi shuttle flight, pemborosan energi pendingin udara stadion, penggunaan bahan bakar fosil yg masif, dan klaim carbon-neutral oleh FIFA.

Melihat jarak yang sangat jauh yang ditempuh para peserta Piala Dunia 2026 selama perhelatan Piala Dunia, pertanyaannya, apakah bakal ada aktivis yang memprotes hal serupa? Kan tidak mungkin dari West Coast ke East Coast naik EV😁

Kalo ngga ada yg protes, berarti aktivismenya pilih-pilih. Kalo negara barat yg ngelakuin aman-aman aja, kalo negara lain lgsg diprotes.

Tp ngga usah jauh-jauh ke sana deh. Dari fans pun udah berbeda perlakuan. Dulu 2022 byk fans negara Eropa yg boikot dan tidak berangkat ke Qatar karena isu HAM, sementara skrg ngga ada boikot dan pada datang ke AS pdhl AS melakukan kejahatan HAM di Iran dan Palestina.
