@shawngorham Doesn’t look like a complete gut in the kitchen so probably cost about 10-12k, hard to tell in bathrooms what it took to get there but I’d say cost 5-7k each looks nice. I’m sure there’s at least 2x profit from cost to general public maybe more depending on the area.
