・ロケハンした写真を、【ディテールを廃して一旦フラットに】。
このフラット状態でベタ塗り部分だけを好きなように書き換えれば、かなりの範囲でコントロールできるはず
この手法なら画力があまり高くなくても、好みの背景に改造しやすい

・そこから【アニメ風背景に変換】
ディテールは全てAI任せでいい、どうせキャラ合成時にどこかしら変わるので、この段階でのこだわりすぎは無意味。
大きく変更がきかないレイアウトのほうが重要

・手前側を雑にグラデでマスクかけて、複製したレイヤーを面で刻み情報量を大雑把にする
そこに比較明なり、スクリーンあたりの水色で空気遠近感を出すと、これだけでも完成度が高くなる

背景素材の時点でグラデに頼りすぎると、合成時に無駄にディテールを増やしてきたり、調整したい時に手作業のコストが跳ね上がるので、スキルが無いなら先にやらないほうがいいかも
軽率に統合せず、レイヤーは分けておこう
