🚨 | BREAKING: The ACC has officially announced that FSU is allowed to buy back their TV rights & exit the conference...

A new lawsuit filed Friday has revealed that the ACC is seeking to negotiate with the Noles. Previously, the topic of leaving the ACC was set to hit court, where the stakes would be HUMONGOUS 👀

If a judge decided that the ACC Grant of Rights were valid, the cost for an FSU exit would be up to $430M. However, if the GOR was invalid, FSU would have been allowed to exit for free...

This is the first time in the ACC-FSU dispute that the ACC has agreed to NEGOTIATE with the Noles, marking a big step forward for Florida State 💪

So how much would FSU have to pay in a settlement? Many experts in the realignment field believe that it could cost the Noles UNDER $100M...

This means FSU will be able to leave the ACC while saving a LOT of money in the process. And once the Noles are in the Big Ten or SEC, this buyout figure will feel like NOTHING 💸

The annual TV rights revenue figure in the SEC/B1G is $60M-70M annually, which DWARFS the ACC's $30M payout. Thus, FSU will be able to avoid significant financial hardship...

FSU's conference move is currently expected to occur before the 2026 season 🏈

The product you see on the field in this Georgia vs Florida State game is a direct representation of what you get when a team gets snubbed from the CFP and you tell the kids the games they play don’t matter. Opt-outs ruined the game.

They won 13 games and a conference title.

They won their 2 games without Travis by multiple scores.

Their reward was a historic snub.

Why not opt out? Whole season was pointless. That was the committee’s political, arbitrary message.
