Young and healthy people didn’t just ‘die’ only a few years ago.

We need to view things with a clear view of history and not be clouded by this new fad of recency bias.

Must admit though the meds have taken the edge off this wild beast. Never been a fan of the pharma machine but counteracting the poison with healthy vitamins and nutrients has gotten me into a space where I am thriving
