@lufthansa Hi @lufthansa, I haven't heard anything by email since you noted that my case was still active. This year alone I flew Lufthansa from Germany twice (Feb & June) and made my girlfriend fly Lufthansa with me. Then I still thought I would be reimbursed quickly. Does #loyalty matter?

@lufthansa 13 months ago, my flight was cancelled, my bag was lost and still no reimbursement for my expenses... I sent my original receipts to Lufthansa in January, answered additional questions in July. That's when Lufthansa stopped replying to my emails..why? #customerservice
