@RepBrianFitz Why don't you focus on Medicare? My wife and I are both senior citizen and we can't afford oil for heat or food. This is due to the liheap scale for help in pa! Medicare coverage is so bad we have to pay for suplimental coverage and the deductible takes most of what is left!
