Any attack waged against the Ethiopian Orthodox Church is a planned, systematic, and atrocious assault — not merely an isolated incident. Such attacks must be tackled with careful and equivalent preparation. We need to understand that we are living in the time of the martyrs, in the age of martyrdom.
