@UwchlanReport I just don’t understand how? She was told to give her experience, our story, if she said any other thing it would have been a lie. No knowledge of the pipeline before 2015 because we lived in Philadelphia prior to 2015. But we can agree to disagree

@UwchlanReport I did respond to you and I will do it again. We moved here in July 2015 and didn’t find out about ME pipeline till August 2015. I don’t understand what you are talking about. There is no need to strengthen our story because it’s the truth it’s not a story!

.@rheem @HomeDepot I purchased a rheem high efficiency water heater, and it has been broken 2 times for the same reason ( gas control valve) in less than a year! No hot water again, with 2 little kids in the house! Rheem performance ...yea right. Doesn’t perform so well for me!
