TESTNET PROGRESS, GOVERNANCE AND MARKET UPDATE

Hey Brett fam 👋

It’s been a little while since our last update, so we wanted to check in with the community and share where things stand behind the scenes at Layer Brett.

Over the past few months, the team has been focused on testing, refining, and preparing the next phase of the ecosystem, and we’re super excited about what’s ahead.

WHATS BEEN HAPPENING

🧪 LAYER 2 TESTING PROCESS

Our Layer Brett Layer-2 testing phase has gone very well.
We’ve completed multiple rounds of internal testing across core components, validating performance, stability, and overall network behavior under load.

The results have given us strong confidence in the foundation we’ve built, and we are now working toward launching mainnet later this year.

This phase has been less visible publicly, but extremely important in making sure the chain launches smoothly and reliably when the time comes.

🔎 EXPLORER UPGRADES UNDERWAY

We’re currently making improvements and structural changes to the Layer Brett Explorer.

These updates focus on:

Better performance and indexing

Improved transaction visualization

Enhancements to the Brett-style user experience

Preparing the explorer for long-term scalability

The explorer will be back online in March, refreshed and ready for the next stage of testing and community interaction.

🗳 GOVERNANCE PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT

Another major focus has been the Layer Brett Governance Platform.

We’ve been building the foundation that will allow the community to actively participate in shaping the ecosystem — from proposals and voting to future protocol decisions.

We’ll be unveiling the governance platform in the coming weeks, and we’re excited to show how Brett holders will play a direct role in the chain’s evolution.

MARKET CONDITIONS & TIMING

As everyone knows, the broader crypto market, and presales in particular, has been moving through a slower period.

Rather than rushing into unfavorable conditions, we’re taking a strategic approach.

Our goal is simple:

👉 Continue building during quieter market phases
👉 Prepare infrastructure and products properly
👉 Increase marketing and visibility when liquidity and momentum return

We want Layer Brett to launch into a market environment where it has the best possible opportunity to grow, attract users, and reward long-term supporters.
