Since the first time i heard about 'ClearView AI' Startup, 1.5 yrs ago, i felt that something is wrong; extracting face photos of 1 Billion+ Facebook users that they(FB users) had posted publicly, is wrong. It's a direct attack on privacy.

Clearview AI claims using face data w/out permission is protected by the 1st Amendment, but @2ramyakrishnan & @JameelJaffer say "extraction of biometric data from photos scraped from the internet does not belong to any recognized mode of expression."
