The final form of the S63 V8 with 600+ hp and with all-wheel drive only.
The first M5 to be with AWD and no more RWD unfortunately.
But this is the M5 people choose over the current one, this still looks just as great as the older M5's, interior is way better.
That’s why it changed the game for BMW.
Interesting fact: most common F90 M5 trims are the Competition models.
Price difference is very little.

Deep, aggressive and raw.
Back then, this was peak AMG sound.
Loud from idle and violent at full throttle.
No turbos to soften it like later C 63's came.
Compared to modern C 63s, this is completely different.
More noise and more character, often called the peak C 63.
