@smiggle_ Hiya! We recently bought this bottle from one of your shops, and my daughter loves it! However, the spring popped out of the locking mechanism the other day and now we can't close it. Would you know what size spring I would need to find to replace it with? Thanks!

@DraytonManor Howdy! Assuming there’ll be 4mm of rain, to trigger the rainy day guarantee do we still need to turn up on site? Website is confusing. 1 page says we get an email another says to go to cus serv. Is it both? Seems like a wasted trip if we know it’s going to be bad!
