@RogersHelps My ignite tv has been unwatchable since my services came back early Saturday morning. Channels don’t load, othersfreezes, loses audio goes black. How long am I supposed to put up with this? Can’t get through to support? Am I just supposed to wait till it starts working someday?
@redtagca@AIRMILES Is see that, however this is a different/unique situation where It was cancelled for me and I had no say in the matter. If this is your stance, I will simply rebook directly with AC vacations or through another agency and use my dream miles for something else. Thanks for replying
@redtagca@AIRMILES can someone explain to me why the dream miles redemption fee is not being waived/credited back when I finally got my air Canada vacation refund and dream miles back in my account due to COVID cancellations last April? How is this not refundable???
@AIRMILES@redtagca Hi Janice, thanks for the quick reply. What do you mean they are investigating? Investigating what? I was simply told by @redtagca the fee was not refundable without an explanation why when I inquired about the status of my miles being reinstated to my account this morning.
