Why do some people assume consent is only about sexual interactions. Consent is necessary in so many non sexual contexts.

Those adverts were a great way of framing consent in the other contexts. It gives children an understanding of consent in other scenarios earlier.

The rent is supposed to be a minimum of 25% less than the market rate. But my rent (before the increase) is not 25% of the market rate for the property of my type in my area. My new rent is 20% less than the market rate (based on https://t.co/boEfmi0C8V)

I think it is absolutely shocking that if you’re in a cost rental tenancy that they can increase your rent more than 2%

It’s supposed to be affordable, but it’s only “affordable” when you compare it to what you’d get for that price outside of cost rental.

Yes it’s cheaper than the market rate but the market rate is awful and far too high. Add the cost of living and the fact that salaries aren’t rising to match the 80% increase in the last 10 years.
