@gumpyrump @Thiohna A fetus born at 21 weeks isn't viable. It cannot survive outside of the mother at that stage. And if DRASTIC measures are taken and IF it survived then it would face lifelong disabilities like blindness, deafness, lung damage and brain damage. Those are the costs of saving it.
