And because there’s 10 of us our flights have 2 booking reservations for some reason, so now we’ve been allocated seats not together on the new flight. For a once in a lifetime family trip. And we were all sitting together before it changed. 😤
@VirginHolidays @VirginAtlantic so our flights changed to Heathrow which is fine, however we now have no V Room which was included in our package.. you don’t offer anything for the difference in travel from Gatwick to Heathrow...

@Freckkleface Yup they’re dicks 😂 I call mine every year when I get their renewal price and I’m like nope, I can change and it would be X amount. They always drop theirs down! Fools.
@SingaporeAir After about 75 mins in total on the phone... 3 phone calls and time online. It has finally be resolved. But I am appalled at the customer service and have sent an email to the complaints team.
