I don’t think the 7:1:1 framing holds once you look at the totality of evidence. The Phase 2 maintenance/extension dataset adds substantially more long-term patient-year exposure than the Phase 3 50 mg arm, and it does not show a consistent malignancy pattern. If Obe were truly accelerating malignancies in a dose/exposure-dependent way, you would expect that signal to show up in the larger, longer-duration Phase 2 safety dataset. Instead, the pooled malignancy rate appears to fall within the expected range for a refractory UC population. This makes a true drug-driven cancer signal look very unlikely. $ABVX
