He's the anchor for 3 interactive team-ups (Groot, Dino, Storm) and he gets either Venom or DP too which are also DPS Jeff tools.

@bp_is_busted He's broken, trust. He gets another mark generator and if you happen to run into one of the 12 storm players in ranked, it gets "buffed"... by pulling multiple marked enemies towards you which makes it harder to conserve marks... 👍
