Dairy and tap water give me ‘flare ups’, tried buscopan but it didn’t help. My GP suggested this thing called the FODMAP diet and prescribed me peppermint oil tablets and they’ve been a dream 😌 I’ve heard mint teas can help too, which I’m sure you’ll take full advantage of 💚 https://t.co/EH8UFw4jA1
