Kachnar Qeema is a traditional Pakistani seasonal dish that combines minced meat (either mutton or beef) with edible Bauhinia variegata (mountain ebony) flower buds. We had a couple of Kachnar trees at our home in Sargodha. My late mother used to cook it to perfection during early spring. I haven't had it lately. Does anyone else have a fondness for it?
@abdhte Funny how when women obey, it’s called tradition, but when they question, it’s called Western brainwashing. Women have been controlled for ages, not the other way around. So if that’s true, then thanks to the West for at least trying to awaken our women.
