Recently travelling through Sabiha Gökçen Airport on my way from Manchester to Istanbul, I was struck by how chaotic and disorganised the experience felt. Some staff were helpful, but others were rude and lacking basic customer service.

What was even more disappointing was the behaviour in the waiting areas: passengers lying across multiple seats, leaving little room for elderly travellers, families, or those with disabilities. I also saw someone outside Starbucks with his feet on a shared table sleeping 😴

Travel should reflect courtesy, cleanliness and respect. Sadly, that was missing here.
