Watching my Governor @dikko_radda shed tears at Buhari’s burial broke something inside me. It reminded me that behind power is a human heart one that feels pain, and one that quietly breaks when a person you once stood with is returned to the earth.

Global Certification in Management at London Business School

The journey started in 2023 with a mission to study three global leadership courses at earn the prestigious Global Certificate in Management.

It started with Leading Change for Organizational Transformation - February 2023, then Executing Strategy for Results i- November 2023, then Next Generation Digital Strategy- November 2024 and NOW the last of the series - High Performance People Skills.

Within the 24 months I participated in 11 critical global researches on leadership, led 2 evidence-based study on behavioral leadership traits and contributed in 3 studies on purposeful leadership and leading social change!

Alhamdulillah. Done, dusted and completely completed.

Next step: building the capacity of young people for sustainable community development and ethical leadership.
