@stampeduniques when a family member is involved, you can't cut off connection fully but you can go low contact, giving no information about yourself to anyone.

After you've parted from the Narcissist, you have to start afresh 100%. That is to not have contact with anyone who has been contaminated by the Narcissist. You have to start rebuilding who you are from the ground up as you will emerge as a stronger, wiser and better individual.

Sadly, despite having CPTSD or PTSD, showing any signs of these will just make you a bigger target to the Narcissist. When you're in his or her prescence, you must be able to mentally and emotionally detached showing no signs of poitive or negative emotions.

If you've become a victim of a Narcissist, it could be one of two things:- 1)The Narcissist saw something in you that he/she wants and must destroy you to 'gain it.' 2)You could be codependent, and become a "Narc Magnet" to these sub humans.

Public image is a big deal to the Narcissist. They have to convince other people that they are the "victim" of "your abuse." During this time, the Narcissistic Smear Campaign is being launched.

When the Narcissist accuses you of something, it's because most likely they're doing it. Part of the reason you feel like you're going crazy is because you never really know if or when you're hearing the truth.
