First, they tried to bury the issue. Now, they're trying to bury the investigation.

When the Mumbai University TYBCom paper leak came to light, ABVP Mumbai was the first to raise its voice, forcing the University to register an FIR and initiate action. But suspending a few staff members cannot become a convenient escape from a much larger conspiracy.

Recognising the seriousness of the matter, ABVP took the issue to the Hon'ble Governor, the State Government, and concerned Ministers, demanding the constitution of an SIT and a thorough, impartial investigation.

Today, when the State Government itself has directed a CID investigation, the University continues to delay and evade its implementation.
The question is simple:
If the University has nothing to hide, why is it so afraid of a CID investigation? Who is being protected? Why is the Government's directive being ignored?

Students deserve the truth, not scapegoats. They deserve accountability—not delays.

ABVP Mumbai will not allow students' futures to be sacrificed to protect the guilty. Our agitation will continue until every person involved is brought to justice. 🚩

Meet Neelam Azad, the lady who breached Parliament’s security today. She is an active Congress/I.N.D.I Alliance supporter. She is an आंदोलनजीवी, who has been seen at several protests.

Question is who sent them? Why did they pick someone from Mysore to obtain Parliament pass from a BJP MP? Ajmal Kasab also wore a कलावा to mislead people. It is a similar ploy.

आर्टिकल 370 पर केवल न्यायालय का समय व्यर्थ हुआ है। न्यायालय को यह केस लेना ही नहीं चाहिए था क्योंकि संसद द्वारा पास किए गए हर कानून की मान्यता अंततः कोर्ट को स्वीकारनी ही पड़ती है।

यह बात और है कि यह मोदी सरकार की ‘हर आयाम’ से जीत कही जाएगी क्योंकि अब राष्ट्र-विरोधी तत्वों को कुछ कहने को बचेगा नहीं। फिर भी, 70,000 लंबित केसों के समक्ष यह समय व्यर्थ करना अनुचित ही है। कोर्ट को पहले ही दिन ऐसी याचिकाएँ नकार देनी चाहिए जिसमें महीनों की बहस के बाद निर्णय ‘वही ढाक के तीन पात’ वाले हों।
