A little update on what I do.

I’ve been in real estate for several years, and while sales and letting have been a big part of my work, my focus with Ultima Estates has increasingly shifted towards property management.

The more I’ve worked with property owners, the more I’ve come to appreciate how important good management is — not just keeping up with tenants and rent, but looking after the property, protecting the owner’s investment and making sure things are handled properly.

That’s where I’m putting more of my attention today: helping property owners have their investments properly managed, protected and cared for.

Increasing rent? Don't make it a guessing game.

Rent reviews are a normal part of managing a rental property, but the decision should be guided by more than the desire to earn more.

Before increasing rent, consider current market rates, the tenancy agreement, property condition and operating costs, the value of retaining a good tenant, and the potential cost of vacancy.

A higher rent doesn't always mean higher returns.

Good property management is about making informed decisions that protect your investment and support its long-term performance.

I got put on Koodi food delivery, and ever since then ive been locked in! I dont even know the location of the restuarant but the food slaaaaapsssss! Soo many under rated local food restuarants in Uganda!! The luwomboa restuarant also have the best local food! Doesnt matter how long the delivery takes! If the local food aint 10/10, i aint eating it!

@AKasingye @AKasingye landlords nolonger have to run after tenants in this day and age when there’s property management companies. We are professionals when it comes to dealing with rent collection and all tenant relations while still caring for your property.
