What @AbyssFPS_ and I did in literally 8 months, was 237.5 on the left with horrible inflammation and water weight/fat from a prior coach, we cut down to 192.5, last 2.5 months growing properly, slow and controlled now 217.5 and its a night and day comparison.
@FateHeyo Ahh, did you fully extend it on bottom of each rep? If not do so next time, doesn’t agitate the tendon as much as holding a more “flexed” bottom per say
